Clients turn to me for help in a wide variety of medical malpractice, personal injury, products liability, premises liability, vehicle collisions, governmental tort claims and commercial business and litigation matters.  I also represent health care providers and others in disciplinary actions before the Medical Board and Administrative Courts. With over 25 years of experience in successful jury trials, and as a trained mediator, I understand all aspects of risk management. This makes me particularly adept at helping Clients discern which course of action will best meet their objectives in a piece of litigation.

With pre-law experience in farming and ranching, and in the oilfield and construction industries, I am a tremendous asset to Clients faced with litigation involving rural and industrial settings or facts. I am skilled at working with witnesses and experts from a wide range of backgrounds and professions.
